PDG and Novo Nordisk win Sales & Marketing Gold

Brandon Hall Group recently bestowed their prestigious Gold Excellence Award in Sales and Marketing on Performance Development Group and Novo Nordisk for their partnership in creating the Diabetes Sales Academy (DSA).  DSA was recognized as Best Program for Sales Training and Performance.

In order to accomplish that, Novo Nordisk partnered with PDG to:

  • Identify the importance of clinical comprehension and how to discuss with health care professionals
  • Engage sales managers as drivers of content and coaches
  • Create a blended curriculum that engaged the sales force
  • Put together an effective Change Management and Communication plan to truly change the way the sales force was trained
